Every order is packed by hand in Kent. Here is what postage costs and when to expect your order.

Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Checkout asks for a UK delivery address.
Postage costs
Postage is charged once per order, by the size it posts at:

While we are taking enquiries rather than orders, we confirm the postage when we reply to you.
When your order is posted
- In-stock pieces are posted within 2 to 3 working days.
- Made-to-order pieces are made for you after you order, so they take 3 to 4 days. The product page says when a piece is made to order.
How we send it
We post orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which tracks them to your door and aims to deliver 2 to 3 working days after posting. We email you to confirm your order, and the parcel goes to the delivery address you give at checkout, so please check it carefully.
If something goes wrong
Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it has not arrived when you expected it, or it arrives damaged, email us at hippycrystalvibes@gmail.com and we will put it right.
