Who we are
This shop is run by Kathryn Tatham, trading as Hippy Crystal Vibes, a sole trader. Our address is Unit 156154, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL, and you can email us at hippycrystalvibes@gmail.com.
Your order and our contract
When you check out, you pay for your order and make an offer to buy the goods. We email you an order confirmation once your payment is through, and that email is when our contract starts. If we cannot supply something, for example because the last one sold at the same moment, we will tell you and refund you in full for it.
These terms are for consumers buying for personal use, and they are in English.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Postage is added at checkout and shown in your basket first: see Delivery. The minimum order is £5.00, not counting postage.
Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. We never see your full card details. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will contact you before sending your order, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Postage costs and dispatch times are on our Delivery page. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you.
Cancelling and returns
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. How to cancel, how to send goods back and how refunds work are on our Returns and cancellations page, which includes the model cancellation form.
Faulty goods
We must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something is faulty, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, set out on our Returns and cancellations page.
Handmade pieces and natural crystals
Our jewellery is handmade, and crystals are natural materials. Colour, size, shape, markings and inclusions vary from stone to stone, so the piece you receive will not be identical to the photos. These natural variations are part of each crystal's character and are not faults. Crystals can chip or crack if knocked or dropped, so please handle your jewellery with care.
Crystal meanings
When we describe what a crystal is associated with, we are sharing tradition and belief, not facts about health. Crystals and our jewellery are not medical devices and are not a substitute for advice or treatment from a doctor or other qualified professional.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to take reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our goods are for personal use.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your legal rights in relation to the goods.
If something outside our reasonable control delays your order, we will tell you, and if the delay is long you can cancel for a full refund.
Your personal data
How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy and cookies policy.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live. If you have a problem, please email us first: we will do our best to put it right.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you placed it.
