Palo Santo Smudge Stick
‘Shamans have burned Palo Santo for thousands of years to heal, purify and dispel negative energy and to prepare for meditation. This mystical wood possesses rare spiritual and energetic properties that are released when burned.’
Directions: Hold a piece of wood at a slight angle, lower and light the tip until there is a small flame. After 60 seconds, blow it out so that only smoke is produced. Place it in a fireproof bowl and gently blow on embers when needed.
(Warning: Don’t leave burning wood unattended)
Upon purchase you will receive one Palo Santo Smudge Stick, unless more than one is purchased.
